Collective impact – delivering a deeper and wider set of outcomes as well as new value
Great stuff, and it works, but we can’t do our best work alone. In fact – like many others aiming to deliver new social value – our “best work” typically calls for open, participatory approaches.
So we’ve launched two complementary streams to enable like-minded others to join with us in shaping better collaborative outcomes for communities and end-users as well as all stakeholders.
The open commons for exploratory dialogue and social knowledge
Pop-up project teams co-working with a ‘creative commons’ mindset on shared challenges
In times of constant change and uncertainty, the New can be scary or exhilarating, energising or exhausting, a challenge or an opportunity. How we respond makes the difference.

As our social fabric endures ‘wear and tear’ we can lose what we’ve had or discover new ways of co-creating shared vision and lived experience that works for all.

Those of us at the coalface of public-purpose work often don’t have the time to also keep pace with diverse new thinking, let alone engage with multi-disciplinary approaches.
CollectiveX will be where people can interact with like-minds around abstract or applied concepts.
The X360 founders aspire to more than feel-good community. We want to see things Get Done through the power of collective action. To that end, we will convene ad hoc special distributed initiatives to draw together diverse minds and experiences across key development phases to move from CollectiveX to the 360 whole-system response.
