Institutions & independents

This looms large in our ethos. Many of the strategic, responsive solutions to the world’s complex, uncertain challenges lie in bridging the corridors of power and influence with the real-world insights from the edge.

In 2020 – X360 will be focusing on public-purpose independents, people who find themselves with a unique view from the outside in – working across siloes and agendas, seeing patterns, trends, insights, opportunities.

This is the focus of the new IdeaSpace – co-creating opportunities to connect with like-minds on projects and discussions that matter.

In the 21st century, institutions – whether government, finance, faith or others – are struggling for the credibility and respect necessary to lead the world or their community forward.

Never have we needed more that the institutional corridors of power and influence find pathways connecting to the ‘edge’, the experienced smaller players with the insights of working in the trenches where society’s most pressing issues are won or lost.

The professional culture and perspective of the many ‘independents’ have a unique role in shaping The Next.
